HOW TO INSTALL:

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE INSTALLED GTA SAN ANDREAS IN YOUR DEVICE BECAUSE WITGIUT IT YOU CAN'T PLAT GTA 4,SO INSTALLED GTA SAN ANDREAS

Step 1: Install the apk.

Step 2: Create New folder  named"com.rockstargames.gtavc" and copy obb file you downloaded.

Create another folder named "files" within "com.rockstargames.gtavc/" 

Copy "GTA3sf1.b" File to "Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/"

Step 3:

Copy  "com.rockstargames.gtavc" folder (data) to "Android/obb" folder on your internal storage/SD card.

Step 4: DONE!

Note: Although PC version of the game is already available but if you still want to install the apk file on your computer install blue-stakes which will allow you to install android apps on pc.
